The General, Domestic and Professional Employers' Organisation was established 1997 in terms of the Labour Relations Act.
We are a boutique Organisation that offers our members a wide range of services relative to employee/employer relations. We assist with training employees and employers in labour relations matters, disciplinary hearings, trade union negotiations and representation at both the CCMA and Bargaining Councils.
As a member of our Organisation you will be exposed to a number of experienced professionals, qualified to assist you with workplace related challenges.
ABOUT OUR ORGANISATION
The GDPEO was established in 1997 and is registered (LR2/6/3/311) in terms of the The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act no. 66 of 1995).

Training
Practical orientation training for management in interpreting, administrating and managing the requirements for sound labour relations.
Representation
Representation of members at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils and Industry Forums and in the Labour Court.
Formulation
Formulating company strategies, policies and procedures in accordance with SA Labour Legislation.
